I started to loose weight and keep fit.

Now it helps with stress.

I've only had one competitive fight, but sparing is good fun

That's a good plan - I guess having something arranged weekly helps you to go along. It's too easy to say "I can't be arsed" with the gym (like I've been doing for the last 3 monthys).

At a previous ClientCo there was a golf driving range just down the road - that was a great way to de-stress at a lunchtime i.e. tw@tting a basket of balls across a field. Simple but effective.

I coach the kids on a friday, its good to give something back (plus DD2 trains for free)

I can't any more, Plan B and I'm juggling 3 clientco's

Though I'm fleshing out Plan C which has something to do with martial arts, overseas.

I spar/train with a mate, who's twice my height and weight makes for good conditioning.

I'm more relaxed.
