            for some strange reason, I looked around the kitchen, fridge etc, found the odds and ends lying around and decided upon this...

            herby sausages
            courgette
            green pepper all fryed off quickly, into a casserole dish with...
            leek
            flat leaf parsley
            the tops off the basil plant
            black pepper
            tinned toms and a touch of water
            mozzerella
            black olives
            penne
            mixed up and topped with a sprinkle of freshly grated parmesan

            in the oven now....

            ...we'll see what comes out!

                Much the same, really. Managing to do a bit more - yesterday we went to finish the Christmas shopping at the Trafford Centre ().

                Made the mistake of looking under DD2s bed tonight, as she has lost her teddy, which wasn'ta good idea really.

                If I worked locally, I'd be back at work already, but I can't risk going back to London yet. Frustrating that I can't really enjoy my time at home, but there you go.

                Will be back at work soon, fingers crossed.
