I'm greatly impressed by the idea of connecting 8" diskette drives though... I've almost forgotten the resounding <clunk> as the head solenoid pulls in
And decisions decisions, whether to use single sided or double sided diskettes and drives... by dint of a curiosity of hardware design, single sided diskettes won't work in a double sided drive & vice versa... the index hole is in a different location.
Unless you get some dual format drives...Comment
