The Kingdom of the Netherlands (Dutch: Koninkrijk der Nederlanden (help·info)) is a federacy which consists of the Netherlands in Northwestern Europe and two autonomous regions in the Caribbean, Netherlands Antilles (Dutch: Nederlandse Antillen), and Aruba. Both these regions have a vote in government when it comes to matters pertaining to the Kingdom as a whole. The two autonomous regions are represented in the government by their respective mandated ministers. The Kingdom of the Netherlands, as a state with two autonomous regions, was constituted in the Statute for the Kingdom of the Netherlands of October 28, 1954. From 1830 to 1954, the "Kingdom of the Netherlands" referred to the Netherlands and its colonial possessions.Comment

Aruba is a 32 km-long island of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean Sea, 27 km north of the Paraguaná Peninsula, Falcón State, Venezuela. It is in the Realm of Kingdom of the Netherlands, which consists of a European part (The Netherlands) and a Caribbean-American part (Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles). Unlike much of the Caribbean-American region, Aruba has a dry climate and an arid, cactus-strewn landscape. This climate has helped tourism as visitors to the island can reliably expect warm sunny weather. It has a land area of 193 km² and lies outside of the hurricane belt.Comment
