Had a tour running to some Island somewhere. Coup or something.
Wanted to know if I was interested, Not Likely.
Anyway, he pulled out himself,
The rest got arrested, They had been under surv for months.

Got a call then from him in 91, needed a demolition guy for Kuwait. uxb's and harbour mines.
Not bl00dy likely. They lost several philipino divers in the first two weeks.
They didn't have a clue poor sods

My action man days are over, wifey would top me if I even considered any dodgy do's oversea's now.
The only thing I blow up now are Microwaves, (2 to date)

Blew myself up in Alexandra Docks once, cutting a ship up underwater.
The Mancunium she was called.
Sank in the north Dock and the only way to get her out was in pieces.
Wanted to det cord her but the port wouldn't go for it.
had to use thermic's.

Gas buildup under the hull ignited and blew me 6 ft out of the water.
not hurt too bad but the whole front of my body looked like a giant purple lovebite. Gross.

Worse than the monsoons in singapore.
Stuck on base there for a week waiting to board and all it did was rain.

Tried hang gliding once,
Ended up nose diving into a field.
Left most of the skin off my nose and face in the same field.
Threw a kiddy fit, flung the glider bouncing down the field, stormed off to my car and never tried hang gliding again.
Not because of the danger or the skinned face.

Thinking of it now, I have led a wide and varied existence. I doubt that anybody would believe the situations that I have found myself in.
Some funny, some bl00dy hilarious, some very very dangerous, but all in all interesting.
One day I may even write a book. do we have a statute of limitations in the UK?
