just 1 hour now and I am finished for the week at clientco!

shame about my knee operation - I am admitted at noon today.

I will be having my right knee cartlidge straightened - keyhole surgery.

Only takes 10 minutes but I need a general.

I still hope to be out at 4pm.

Cheers - it seems to be just like straightening a wrinkled carpet!

And the gf is preparing my favourite tea for me tonight as a treat - beans on toast!

Now I think back I never properly recovered after my twist in 1997 - I think the twist in Jan this year just made it worse.

My right leg is bowed - knee 30% bigger than it should be. I cannot straighten it or bend it totally back!
