Just spent my first week off-shore, not sure I like it

Came in to work today despite feeling nauseous.....
Went to the dentist yesterday afternoon and she said I have to have a tooth extracted.
Woke up this morning feeling absolutely awful but Mr KW(to-be) wouldn't let me take the day off........sighhhhhhh

Do you all find it difficult to make the switch to working from home or is it just me?

I find that when working from home I tend to do more work, no one to talk to, start earlier, finish later but I have longer lunches. But then I do take time to walk the kids to school, pick them up, sort out a few jobs at home...

Don't really want to work abroad any more. That's the 4th headhunter that wants me to work overseas. £100,000 + a year and all expenses and free flights back and forth every 6 weeks is tempting though.
