      Well, 16 on top for me cos nowhere caters for big boobs. In variably the shoulders are too big and the waist

      Except Bravissimo - they started to do clothes and they are specific to boob size so it's a nice change for something to fit properly

            lol - I guess I am a bit of a fidget!

            I don't go to a proper gym or anything, just regular walks with irregular home aerobics and use of our exercise machine.

            Plus I always use the stairs rather than lifts when out - every little bit helps
