Buy the pre-sealed and just give it one coat of Diamond to seal the joints.
Use a Short bristle roller, it takes minutes and is ready to walk on in a couple of hours.Confusion is a natural state of beingComment

It's a Latex acrylic/water based bonding agent. Put it down with a toothed spreader and wait til it goes tacky (goes brown) then just lay the tiles on top.Confusion is a natural state of beingComment
