But stone me, that frigging hill is steep...

Though it should be said that in my idiocy I took a "shortcut" which must be the steepest hill I've been up in a while.

Thought I was going to die by the top of it...

No-one reads the local paper in the city. Sacked means I get 4 weeks money and find a decent job
