Someone told me that gay guys tend to open their jeans entirely, and let them down slightly, just to take a leak, whereas straight people only undo the zip as you'd expect.
I don't know why they do that; maybe it makes it easier with extra tight jeans, or a ridiculous gay affectation e.g. as if to say "mine is so big it's too unwieldy to put back in just my flies".
So in short, if it's dress down day follow him into the bog and watch him pee - who knows where it might lead
