    iPhone potential

So if you've got an iPhone and perhaps you are happy with the built in functionality but are you starting to yearn for more?

IMO the built in features have impressed me but having had it for almost 3 months now I want to see it spread its wings and show off its real potential .... and to me the webapps are just annoying.

Is it just me or are you thinking the same? Have you found anything useful that you feel lives up to the iPhone?

What else are you hoping it can do? Order and deliver beer? Make coffee?

beer and coffee is an interesting concept provided it is delivered by a good looking woman!

I've thought about going down the jailbreak route and it wouldn't concern me cos there are so many large brained hackers that rise to the challenge that I'm sure any problems would be fixed fast. Plus, on the BBC website this week it quotes that 27% / 1 million of US iPhones have been unlocked. Imagine if all those phones died, there would be war! £200M+ worth of knackered iPhones suddenly appearing on eBay?

I think what is holding me back is that even with Jailbreak I've not found any apps that are of to Apple software standards and I don't want to clutter my phone with crap that people just knock together for the fun of it. Has anyone found any real useful apps that make jailbreaking the phone worth while?
