I'm thinking of investing £10,000 in the Flamborough Farmers Building Society. The only trouble is, I dont have £10,000 and the Flamborough Farmers Building Society doesn't exist. What can I do?

But you do. And it does. In fact you already invested £20k last week. You withdrew the money you never had in the non-existent Borrowdale Farmers Cooperative to pay for it. A very shrewd financial move in my view, that cooperative was going nowhere.
