    Drug tests

Is it legal to conduct drug tests on people without their knowledge?

For example, swabbing keyboards after usage? :rolleyes

Don't worry Hull - they were probably just cleaning the cum off yours.

Only if the person in question is a limp-wristed knuckledragging ponce from Hull with a face like a bucket of mad maggots and the intellect of a chocolate eclair

Does anyone on this thing have a brain?

I'm looking for some legal advice, not insults form Northern ponses.

Are drug tests legal without a persons consent?

It IS legal according to the Haebus Corpus(Dopus Narcoticus) act of 1245 as enshrined by the Magna Carta. BUT it is Illegal for you to come here pretending to be anything other than a bendy Hull gay boy sausage swallower.

                    D & A Screening

As a railway company employee, and a sentinel card holder, I am bound by the railways and health and safety acts.

This means that I can be drug and alcohol screened at any time, without warning and a test comes back positive can be instantly dismissed.

The article on the personal today website mentioned about the taking of prescription medication.

The way it is handled is by informing your line management that you are taking a legal medication and this is recorded.

If you have a positive D&A screen, then this can be used in your defence.

Did you know that taking pain killers, such as Co-dydramol will show a positive results. Also, eating bread rolls with poppy seeds can give you a positive result for opiates.

                    You have you careful.
