<FONT FACE="Verdana,Arial" SIZE=2>In the name of furthering the discipline of social science, I think there is a burning issue that requires attention. So, like the master theologians of the Reformation and the great Philosophers of Athens, we need to ponder the following question:

Is a Chav, by definition, poor? Or, to put it another way, are chavdom and money mutually exclusive?

As a tentative hypothesis, I venture that chavdom and wealth and not mutually exclusive. As proof: a Chav can win the lottery or marry a premier league footballer (or be a premier league footballer).
