I think the reaction is because blokes in the uk are so used to seeing 99% of uk birds presenting themselves in the most grungiest clothes they can find

and therefore for uk blokes any female who presents herself in garb which does anything to show or enhance her figure must be for uk men a slut

uk birds could learn so much about clothing sense and style from their mainland european cousines
