Can anyone not read it? I would be interested to know what the other 45% are made up of, i.e. not just dyslexics I presume.
Would it be those that learnt English as a second language …. ?
The mind boggles
I think the implication is that 55% of people could read it at a normal or near-normal speed, rather than having to pause over every word and decipher it.
