Oh, and it's not yet 15:30. MC can only be called after teatime.

Obviously you haven't come across Ruston's Gambit, clause 7.b, and I quote "A player calling Latimer Road, Great Portland St and Chancery lane may call Mornington Close before 15:30 10 days before their birthday", which in my case is 16th August - Check Mate I believe.

You'll find that, while airborne, Ruston's Gambit does not apply. See chapter 119, para 8, clause 12.7: 'Conservation of momentum play overrules consecutive traditional laterals when all wildcards have been used'. In this case we're still in another galaxy, and the improbability drive is probably broken.

Any novice will tell you that the board can only be changed when we alight at an international air terminal, regardless of player's birthdates or alignment of the moon - just in case you were thinking of that old trick.

Challenging are we? I've checked - and clause 7.b doesn't exist! You've just been making this up!

Which version are you looking at?

Ruston's Gambit is listed as clause 7.2, not 7.b, according to Stovold's Mornington Crescent Rules and Origins - and mine is a first edition.
