"Chapter 19, Clause 4, "A player nominating a station which is also used for air travel, who should thereby have a forfeit can invoke the "Rejoining for free" clause in so far as that player nominates a new station but does not claim MC. To invoke a "Rejoining for Free" and at the same time claim MC shall be deemed to be playing like a tw@t and shall hence forth be disqualified for a period of 1 hour from the time whence MC was called."
