Xenophon, Paula is vocative case in that context so it would have been more correct to write, "I don't think I have, Paula."

Indeed - quite right LB. I don't know what vocative case means, but a comma before naming the person is the anal way to write it. Whether she meant that will never be known as she seems to refuse to point anything out.
