    I haven't but it doesn't surprise me. I have been on the DOS framework for years but it's never resulted in any contracts that I'd want to do.

    I bet Infosys et al are loving all the extra work coming their way as a result. No wonder Rishi doesn't want to challenge HMRC on this.
