What are you trying to get out of this? If you have an issue with your client's interpretation of the new rules then talk to them as you will get more out of it, instead of starting multiple pointless threads.

I thought that one of the points in having a contractor board is for contractors to discuss issues relevant to them. It is actually idiotic for you to state "just go and deal with it with your client". You basically saying that there is no point in this forum and it should be taken down. I am beginning to agree.
