PM required for EBT group Sanzar, IQ contracts
Hi I was with IQ contracts in 2012 , Please grant me PM for this group and how can i reach it? I am new to CUK
Originally posted by Penguin View PostThis thread is for those who have recently received a Discovery Asessement from HMRC for loans made via an EBT in 2008/9 using Sanzar Partnership.
If you have received this notice and are/were part of Sanzar please comment on this thread as we would like to support each other.
It is likely there are going to be ones for other tax years soon. Sanzar Partnership changed to Sanzar Solutions for the 2009/10 tax year, but I am not sure if that changed again as I left in 2009/10.
I would suggest reading the main thread on this issue if you haven't already done so.
Please bare in mind that HMRC (and a certain Miss L J Stopp whom I received the letter from) will be watching..Comment

PM access please
Hello could I get PM access please? Was with Sanzar in 2011 and have received a settlement offer and 2 APNs (one with a crazy guessimate figure, and a new revised one using the actual loan amount.
Trying to decide if I should settle, understand why they have decided to exclude IHT from the settlement and what my potential IHT liability is.Comment
