Way back in 2008, we had assertions from Sanzar that they would defend us in any situations like this, and they were going to set up an insurance policy although I'm not sure if this ever happened or what the scope of it was. Did you get the same assertions from Garraway? I have tried contacting the folks that implemented the Sanzar scheme but without success. I think we're on our own here which is unfortunate since other Companies appear to be providing better support.
