Forward it on to AML and hopefully their JR will prevent HMRC enforcing it.

Just on that, this is a war of attrition. Each letter from the HMRC has always been delivered the day before a bank hioliday.

Two APNs received this morning, 1 week after my warning letter. They really do want to get them in before the election don't they! It was pretty obvious they were going to get them in ready for Easter.

I wouldn't mind, but there's about 14 pages to scan. It does say AML have got a copy anyway...

Yes make sure you send them to AML. They are supposed to be issuing a news letter style update today advising further information about this. I'm still at work so no doubt will have mine to look forward to when I get home!

Coincidentally, we're supposed to be getting a newsletter off our promoter Montpelier in the next few days about APN and JR.

We are both fortunate to be with promoters who are still around and putting up a fight.

APN arrived today

My APN letter arrived today, requesting two payments for 2 tax yrs.

The precursor letter was only sent a week or so ago!

Well surprisingly my APN hasn't turned up. I'm sure it will arrive on Saturday! AML's newsletter hasn't arrived either so I'm guessin they have had a very busy day.

Well, to not surprise, my APN didn't arrive over the weekend. It may have turned up today but I'll find out when I get home. I've not heard anything back from AML today either. They advised me that they would have an update newsletter out last Wednesday which then turned to Thursday. Nothing has come from them today and I sent them a chaser email late this morning but I haven't had a response back yet. Has anyone else heard anything?
