Has anyone successfully had the loans written off by Optimus Fiduciaries? They have quoted me £300 to write them off. Which I can live with, but I'm kind of terrified that this will trigger a request to pay the loans back. They sound legit - but as we all know, sounding and being are different things.

Landrover, I know it doesn't affect the tax position. Have been around here long enough to know that.Last edited by LadyPenelope; 8 April 2016, 18:34.Comment

Thing is, I was transferred to Marra Solutions in Feb 2007 and I have yet to track down who, if anyone is the trustee for these loans. I've asked Optimus if it's them and I'm waiting for a reply but if anyone knows who is I'd appreciate it if they could let me know.Comment
