    Partnership addresses...

Just looking at the address I received for the partnership, I was in Hyatt Van Dyke and my partnerships registered address was:
    33 Perth Way, 0, Tyne & Wear, NE28 0PZ

According to maps of the area, Perth Way does not exist, and to my knowledge as I hail from the area, I don't recall ever seeing a town/village/city called 0.
According to the post office post code/address finder, 33 and ne28 0pz results in 33 Perth Gardens, Wallsend.
if you were to write a letter demanding the retained funds be paid to you, which address do you use?

      £12,000 of my money

I am using Sunday Solutions who used to employ Bradbury & Co as the accountants! From what I can piece together, Bradbury are in a bad way and I am owed £12,000 which I am beginning to think that I will never see again!! - as a result, I have not been able to file my accounts as I have not been able to send a cheque for the amount of tax owed!

            Address in Wallsend

It would appear that all the partnership addresses are registered there.

Has anyone actually visited that address, or does anyone live locally enough to do that for the 100's of us that would like as much info as possible ...

Report Sunday to SFO Companies Investigation Branch

They say they only deal with frauds commited above £1m. Now from the sounds of this forum and a couple of others there are up to 1500 of us affected with varying amounts which I think would easily take it past the £1m mark. If enough of us contact them, perhaps we can get somewhere with this, if nothing else at least try and get the people responsible brought to justice.
                Their address is:
                [email protected]
                Ph: 0207 239 7388
                I was advised by a chap at the SFO to report the matter to the CIB as follows;
                www.insolvency.gov.uk/cib

There is a link to a Complaint Form near the bottom of the page.

                  Everyone, contact SFO!

Please everyone, contact the Serious Fraud Office:

                  Email: [email protected]
                  or
                  Call: 0207 239 7388

                  http://www.sfo.gov.uk/fraud/report-i...-criteria.aspx

They consider cases of over £1million. All of us together are owed 15 to 20 million pounds.

The more of us that register our cases, the more serious SFO will take this.
