Does anyone know what's happening with Elite Management & Consultancy Limited & Contractor Care? Both appear to have had multiple liquidators and or liquidators resign. It seems like HMRC is the main creditor, but have any scheme users been asked to settle any liability yet? Surely, this must happen after HMRC has exhausted all efforts to claim the liability from these companies. is there a chance of them going after the assets of the Directors/Promoters of the schemes? I'm wondering if anyone has any info on this, as I feel this will likely follow the same path as some of the newer schemes.
