Well it was a quiet few weeks after Christmas but HMRC are getting back into their stride (although they'd need to be Usain Bolt to keep up with this crap...

The most recent additions and updates to the list of named tax avoidance schemes, promoters, enablers and suppliers in section 3 below was published on 6 February 2025.

New additions:

• Vision Human Resource Solutions Ltd (these gits have a stop notice (42) against them)
• Universe Payroll Limited (these gits have a stop notice (44) against them)

Updates:

• Ultra Employment Ltd (these gits have a stop notice (43) against them)
• Whitebridge Management Ltd (these gits have a stop notice (45) against them)

This is an interesting note for Miwsa:

HMRC suspects that BHD Consultants Ltd, HRG Consulting Ltd, HWX Consulting Ltd, JBatts Ltd, JJDMConsulting Ltd have a role in relation to making available the scheme promoted by Miwsa Limited (ML) by acting as marketing and sales agents for ML and by introducing workers to ML in accordance with a brokerage agreement. HMRC advise recruitment agents and others contacted by these companies on behalf of umbrella companies to familiarise themselves with the guidance and to satisfy themselves that the correct amount of tax will be deducted from any income paid by the umbrella companies.
