I wouldn't be surprised if some disclosures get lost. Apparently they already lost quite a lot of settlement requests.Originally posted by CanPayButWouldRatherNot View Postand when you did submit you dont get any email confirmation that you submitted succesfully ..grrrrrrrrrrrScoots still says that Apr 2020 didn't mark the start of a new stock bull market.Comment

Case for not declaring
No need to submit is you have already started settlement process. I have received an settlement agreement letter (rejected by the way) so did not bother to declare.

There was some confirmation screen shown saying it was submitted which could be printed, but no ref or confirmation email which would have been nice.Originally posted by CanPayButWouldRatherNot View Postand when you did submit you dont get any email confirmation that you submitted succesfully ..grrrrrrrrrrrComment

I would say if you were in discussion and had got as far as receiving the agreement contract you would not need to disclose, but if you’ve told them to reject it and your intention is too not settle wouldn’t they expect you to disclose?Originally posted by demby View PostNo need to submit is you have already started settlement process.
