have received a constant barrage of emails from a company called THL regarding outstanding loan amounts and advising me to pay 5% of the loans going up to 10% if i dont pay by a certain date. I have already payed HMRC tens of thousands of pounds in APNs as HMRC did not recognise the loans as loans. Im totally confused and stressed. Does this meen I can claim back all th APNs in order to pay the percentage of my loans off or is THL a complete scam? One minute a loan is not a load therefor payed HMRC tax on the amounts and now they are loans. HELP

And they’ve backed down from 10% because they got greedy and too many people told them to feck off."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."
