I am trying to collect more contractors who used "Contractor Payroll Solutions Limited" (they market services as Contractor Experts). I used them in 2015-16 and have now received an inquiry on my self assessment from HMRC.
They make loan payment through Jordine Kennedy Management Ltd
The CPS Ltd company has been liquidated this year so it looks like HMRC have spotted it.
I have received Self Assessment check enquiry (Section 9A TMA 1970)
Has anyone used this company? I would like to collect the contractors who used the scheme provided by this company.
Also please suggest any good Tax Enquiry specialist I can use.
