My advise is to email the address on the consultation and let them know the impact that this legislation will have on you personally. I would also say you should send a copy of your response to your local MP and Jane Ellison. It will probably come to nothing but when the s&*( hits the fan it will be on record that hundreds and hopefully thousands of people would have responded warning of the consquences of their retrospective action. This is not just you but the other 50 000 people in the same situation - now is not the time to sit on our hands. There are lives at stakes here.

Top 1% is £159k pa or more - hardly elite that controls 99% of resources, certainly not after they paid punitive levels of tax.
Top 2% is £110k
Top 3% is £91k.
Top 10% is £50k
