You see the job postings on there? Some USA'ian posts ASKING for any roles in say, Houston, TX and then 300 Bobs jump on saying they're interested in the post and will they sponsor visa and accommodation...
I like the ones from the US offering a role but not mentioning which country they are in. A couple of the groups I've joined seem to be populated by spammers and Bobs trying to make themselves look useful.
