Tonight: prep for tomorrows dinner
Tomorrow: Have some mates coming for dinner, so have lined up smoked eel pate with soda bread, 7 hour cooked pork belly with asparagus, glazed carrots and a calvados jus, strawberries marinated in aged balsamic with black pepper and basil with strawberry ice-cream.
Sunday: Neighbours kids b'day party, so will have to show up briefly.Comment

This evening; out for dinner, apparently, dunno where, Lady Tester is organizing (and driving).
Tomorrow; training with the cycliing club, then stewing some lamb shanks, then eating them and drinking some decent red.
