    Spent 2 weeks on the Fodmap diet. Made matters worse. Spent 2 weeks on the candida diet. Made matters worse.

    Last night though buggrit, had pie and chips and beans.

    Cracking poo this morning around 9:45 ish, and secondary poo just before lunch, slightly looser but nowhere near "Durchfall".

    Conclusions?
    Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.
