I think you'll find the CVs of the train designers that were recruited were over-embellished regarding their expertise and experience.
Of course, if agents had a couple of references to verify the train designers skills, all this could have been avoided.
Anyway, new business as agents scour the jobsites for train designers to fix the problem.
