As much as I would like to pick a technological option from the list...
Most of them can be outsourced to cut-price, bodyshop in the back-end of beyond.
I would go for pretty much anything non-technical that can "facilitate business process change and/or change management" or generate vast volumes of wasted paper...

I would guess there's more .Net contracts and will be for a time to come, also once you have 3 years experience, and are good then you should be set until the next bust.Comment

I would have thought it would be better to aim for a higher, soft-skill target.
