A place where I worked previously named their servers after Thomas the Tank Engine engines.
Current client co have a very confusing system which is logical but took me a year to work out. Dev machines have an 'adi' inserted in the middle of their name - still not worked out what that's supposed to stand for, and not helped when the iis server is called .....adiiss instead of ....adiiisComment
