After graduation you could become chancellor or the exchequer. If that doesn't work out HR seems popular for history grads for some reason."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark Twain -
Something to do with robotics, its the future I reckon, but guess that is IT related.Originally posted by MarillionFan View PostI'm toying with the idea of jacking it all in later this year and going back to Uni either to do another degree or perhaps a masters.
Undecided what to do just yet but definitely not IT related.
If you were to go back (or in Churchills case aim for a GCSE) what would you study?
I did a degree part-time in the evenings, hard-work but kept the cash coming in. Or are you just wanting a complete break from the tedious world of IT?Comment

When I was doing my degree, there was a 'mature' student on the course. He was widely known as 'old, bald, bastard'

I'd do Physics or Aerospace Engineering. I know I can handle the maths with a bit of work and the subject matter interests me. I kind of wish I had studied physics rather than maths first time through TBH, though I enjoyed the abstract maths as well. While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

Help you run your sockies better!2 . Puppetry
For those looking for a really niche entry into the world of theatre, Central School of Speech and Drama at the University of London offers students the chance to study puppets for three whole years. During the course, students learn how to make puppets and how they can manipulate them effectively in performance. We can only hope that this means they get to watch repeats of The Muppets and Sooty and Co, too.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!
