Don't mock, just because they're cheap.

I have a Matalan suit from back when I were permie. It is in my regular rotation of suits, and has outlasted several that each cost over 3 or 4 times the amount - all I've had to do is sew loose buttons back on. The material isn't the nicest, but it looks good and it's lasted. Being a tight-fist I'm tempted to get another cheap suit from them (£75 for 3 pieces).

I believe Primark also do one for £5
But you can see in the image it is a regular fit. Tailored fit required.
      Fiscal nomad it's legal.

I was after something that was more tailored or more choices about sizes and suitable for a black tie event. But thanks for the effort anyway, even if it was a sad small poop of an effort. God loves you.

Some profiteering there by Primark. One of the best deals is the £19.99 suit from Lidl (you'll find it boxed up in the centre racks) ..

Polyester is bad for so many reasons - If you forget and plonk an iron set to "linen" down on one, that's the shirt trashed in an instant and the iron almost ruined by a load of melted goo that takes forever to scrape off (and which if not done completely is transferred onto anything else one tries to iron!)

Also, if you're ever caught in a fire, it'll melt on your skin or burst into flames (not sure which - probably both).

And I seem to recall from student days polyester shirts manage to retain and amplify B.O. Or maybe it was just that I didn't wash much back then.

Just get one made to measure. Mangas are fairly cheap.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

                  Hawes and Curtis for me.

They do different 4 cuts ranging from slim fit to comfort fit.

3 basic cuts - classic, slim, extra slim. Then specify collar size & sleeve length. Four shirts for a very INKSPE £100 (or less, depending on 'sales'). With brass collar stiffeners included in the price.

Fantastic customer service. Keep sending them back & tweak the measurements until you get exactly the right fit.

Since starting a basic strength training course before Christmas (stronglift 5X5) I have changed shape a little. Currently keeping the same cut (slim) and added 1/2" on collar and sleeve length. Perfect fit.

M&S used to do made to measure for fat bastards. Think they were quite cheap too.
