    In the old days, countries used to have a 'sphere of interest'. that was because they were expanding
    When they were shrinking, that became the 'National Interest'

    The fact that Russia now has a sphere of interest is a bit worrisome. Russia has large sub populations all over the place, it wont be difficult to get them to agitate for Russian intervention to protect them.

      MAD doesn't work with liberals like Obama, Putin isn't afraid of a strongly worded letter

      What we need is a leader crazy enough to use nukes, then Putin might rein back his options
      Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

      No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.
