Yeah, but Suity's was being displayed on the back of a lorry, just before it happened to fall off, damaging the box.

          Laptop cost £505
          Shipping cost £55

          Cost of new = £899

          VAT on £560 = £112
Admin fee from post office = £25

          Total = £697

          Total saving £202

          So yes, cheaper.

Item description is "New, unused" so it's not second hand. It does have a slight scratch on the lid though and the original packaging is missing.

If if does have any material on it other than the OOB operating system then it would not be "New/Unused".
Don't forget the handling charge that the nice gentlemen slap on for providing the service of hanging on to your package until you cough up.

Edit: Oh and I think you may end up paying excise duty as well. (2.5% I seem to recall)

Edit again: Oops, I see you included handling charge already.

After brief search, found under "admin charge from post office".

Slightly OT but shouldn't the thread title be "Luton, we have an anomoly"
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

I think that thread would have been created, oh, about 35 years ago.

And it doesn't have a warranty and nowhere to send it back to when the keyboard is found to be sticky.
                      Exactly.

This thread must be a wind up? No one would actually do such a stupid thing in real life

EDIT: and it will have a US keyboard layout
