Salmond seems to have an abrasive dictatorial style that's entirely unsuited to being the weaker party in any negotiation. If they do vote yes they'd do well.to keep him well away from the ensuing horse trading.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

It helps not to actively piss people off. You can do that without acting weak.

Not dictatorial, more like a union negotiator who thinks they can bully their way to victory by throwing their toys out of the pram and looking like a fat looser
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

But those cheese eating surrender monkeys hate us as a national passion, they've probably never forgive us for bombing the Vichy navy in WWII

What strikes me personally as bang out of order, the “white paper” that includes :

              • It would be in Scotland's interest to keep the pound, while the Bank of England would continue as "lender of last resort".
              • BBC Scotland replaced at the start of 2017 with a new Scottish broadcasting service, continuing a formal relationship with the rest of the BBC.

No advance agreement or support from the BOE, English Government, or BBC to this, so these were assumptions: hardly a white paper / blueprint if there were no alternative options offered up if assumptions failed.

I have yet to subsequently hear any SNP Minister Interviewed who offers up a plan B.

However, now we, (the English), have seen the assumptions and confirmed he assumed wrongly, we are being labelled a bullies and Salmond is trying to say " Don't worry, they will back down when it comes to the crunch ".

It is hardly inspiring leadership is it ? Really ? It's just a sad 's wet dream put onto paper - passion extinguished by other s who wouldn't let give him one with someone elses

              Nuff said.
Don't forget the 'legal opinion' that Scotland would be entitled to join the EU that he'd made up, and then finding out even the socialists in the EU parliament laughed at his optimism and no not a chance

If an independent Scotland must walked away with 10% UK debt it makes since to me Scotland walks away with 10% of the assets, including the currency.

It's true. But so what? Just think of the interest you could charge on that overdraft, easy money.
