I've got one of those, you don't want one unless it has a variable setting (according to my dentist) as it seems to make my teeth loose Mind you, pretty impressive the gunk that comes out albeit sometimes a bit smelly Oh, and you'll have bloody gums as well...

I have one and it's pretty good. No bleeding or wobbly teeth, though you can expect some bleeding if you don't normally floss.

I'd recommend, although that's a lot more than I paid.
