Online billing failure - I'm going back to paperwork
Bit of a pain of you have business cards, website, copies of CV with several agencies etc. I've had the same number since I got my phone back in the 90s.
Same here for the same reasons - I think it looks really tulip when you end up with outdated numbers out there. And it's zero effort to port a number.
