And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014 -
I believe being able to announce "IR35" is a badge of honour, mainly due to the constant fried food, poor exercise and generally horrible standard of living. Most die well before they are 35. -

Ir35 shall likely be sent to the trash can. It's complicated and wastes more cash then it collects.
