Further enquiries indicate that only the left hand bit betwixt end of garage and back of garden is our responsibility, so just the four panels/five posts. The hole in the back fence belongs to the people behind us Not too fussed about cost if it's just a small bit - will just pay the man what he's asking. (And might see if he can put a concrete base down for a decent shed while he's at it).

I was quoted something astronomical for putting down a concrete base and opted to build a small decking platform for my shed. Easy enough to do, quite fulfilling and if done properly will outlast the shed.

Well for an 8x6 base I was quoted £500 just to put the concrete down.
