Used to hate getting up early - had kids and now as long as I am in bed before 11 and not completely legless then 5 or 6 in the morning is really not a problemComment

I've slight variations of both options in the past and had no problem with it. As others have said it's best to manage expectations at the start. In my experience clients who are not prepared to be a bit flexible are clients not worth working with.Originally posted by DS23 View Postif it was me (and it was once) i'd:

others: variations on above that equate to only working 4 or less days a week thus no need to cram hours or work from home.
there are loads of options but the key thing is to remember that your business should drive these decisions.Comment
