Sorry, did some members actually think SB wrote that article? Apart from the fact he's too much of a lunkhead to put so many well-formed sentences together, the title makes it clear he's quoting.

PS: long time no see SB

I think we will be ok.
do you really think Ade is better than Soldado ?

Spurs are suffering at present but some of the blame must be leveled against the chairman and Baldini.

Let's see. Ade has had 45 minutes all season and scores a volley like that? Also dropping deep, defending and creating chances? Yes, at present he makes Soldado look poor.

Can Soldado improve to become better than Ade? Yes, in time. He arguably has more talent but his style of play (in to feet in the penalty area) is not compatible with our poor midfield.

So for the moment we are lacking someone who has freedom to roam, create chances and basically work from the back 4 and up to link up. We used to have a chap like that. Nail? Mail? Something like that.

Now we don't. The closest you are going to get to that is Ade, and he showed that last night by working his socks off.

If the future well-being of Tottingham is reliant upon Adebayor "working his socks off" then you are royally fooked!

Well only for the next few games. Transfer window opens in under a fortnight.
